How to use
1. Wash your hands thoroughly, remove the tampon, and gently extend the back of the applicator tube until you feel it catch on the tip. If the inner tube is not pulled sufficiently before use, the absorbent will not be inserted properly. Be careful not to pull too hard when extending the applicator, as this may cause the inner tube to fall out.
