How to use

1. Remove the MTS cartridge from the blister.
2. With the cartridge’s protective cap closed, push it into the groove on the back of the device to attach it, then remove the protective cap.
3. Press the power button for 2 seconds to turn on EMS level 1. Press briefly to adjust to desired intensity.
4. When you press the LED & Vibration button, the blue LED and vibration function will turn on.
