Description

This waterproof pencil eyeliner glides on smoothly to create a sharp-looking eye makeup. Features long-lasting effect with super waterproof formula that strongly resistant from water and oil. Soft gliding texture that can create any lines with quick drying effect.

How to use

1. After drawing a line with the pencil lead extending about 2mm, wait for about 10-20 seconds so that the contents fit the eye area and you can create a look without worrying about smudging.
2. If the lead becomes blunt during use, sharpen it with the sharpener at the bottom of the container before use.
3. After use, be sure to close the cap and store.
